These Terms and Conditions apply to the Equinor website located at and all subdomains (the "Website"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions applicable to a subdomain, the latter shall prevail with respect to such subdomain.

By accessing and using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content of the Website, including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, sounds, user interfaces and computer code, as well as the selection and arrangement of such content, are fully owned by or licensed to Equinor ASA ("Equinor"). You acknowledge and agree that as between you and Equinor, Equinor holds all intellectual property rights in such content.

Without prejudice to the Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to principles of conflicts of law, and any dispute arising in relation to or as a consequence of the Terms and Conditions and/or the Website, which cannot be settled amicably through negotiations between the parties, shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Stavanger, Norway. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Equinor shall have the right to seek injunctive and equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of this notice shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
